Open and Age Nationals 2016

Congratulations to all of the swimmers who participated in both Age & Open Nationals for 2016. Some experienced great success gaining places in the Australian team for the Rio Olympics and Paralympics, some made finals and won medals, others swam PB’s while some were perhaps disappointed with the times they swam. Nevertheless, all of our swimmers should be proud of the fact that they made National Championships and recognise that swimming is a difficult and sometimes heartbreaking sport. It is important however to be gracious in victory and learn from disappointment.
